Collage Craft ("we", "our", or "us"), developed and published by SHYA, is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide:

• Photos and images you select from your device gallery to create collages
• In-app purchase transaction identifiers (not payment card details)
• Language and appearance preferences you set in the app

Information Collected Automatically:

• Device type, operating system version, and app version (transmitted incidentally as part of standard network requests, e.g. when ads are served)
• Advertising identifiers for personalized ads (Google AdMob)

What We Do NOT Collect:

• Your photos are processed entirely on your device — we do not upload them to any server
• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information
• We do not collect location data

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Collage Craft app and its features
• To process and verify in-app purchases through Google Play Billing
• To display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To analyze aggregate (non-personal) usage patterns
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Photo & Media Access

Collage Craft requests permission to access your device's photo gallery solely to allow you to select images for creating collages. We want to be clear:

• Your photos never leave your device. All collage creation and editing happens locally on your device.
• We do not upload, store, or share your photos on any server.
• Saved collages are stored only in your device's gallery.
• You can revoke photo access at any time via your device's Settings.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (GAID) to show personalized ads. Google's use of advertising identifiers is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

• You can opt out of personalized ads via your device's Google settings
• Go to: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

5. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Purchase verification is handled securely by Google Play. You may restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with:

• Google AdMob — for advertising services
• Google Play — for billing and purchase verification
• Analytics providers — for aggregated, anonymous usage analytics

All third-party services have their own privacy policies governing their data practices.

7. Children's Privacy

Collage Craft is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete such information promptly.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. Since your photos are processed locally on your device and not transmitted to our servers, the risk to your media content is minimized. We regularly review our security practices to ensure your data stays safe.

9. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt-Out: Opt out of personalized advertising
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
